PUBG Pro Players were banned for three years for using cheat codes for qualifying at the a National PUBG League.

Players cheating during online gameplay is not a a new thing. Widely played PUBG online game is not messing a around when it comes to players using cheat codes and hacks during online gameplay. Using unfair means has long been an issue during online gaming sessions and a PUBG Corp is not messing around when it comes to dealing with pro-players who deploy a cheat codes or unfair hacks during game sessions or during competitive level gaming.
In recent news, four competitive a PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds players have been banned for three years from sitting in the National PUBG League (NPL) famous after they were caught cheating during gameplay.
In a tweet by PUBG Esports official account, the ban was imposed on this four players - Christian “Cuhris” Narvaez, Liam “Liammm” Tran, Tyler “DevowR” Sti, Mark “Tefl0n” Formaro.

The tweet read, "All four players and their respective NPL teams have been disqualified at for the NPL Preseason and will be replaced by the next four teams on the overall standings from the NPL Online Qualifiers Round 3 which is took between December 15th - 16th, 2018. Stay tuned for information on the replacement teams for the NPL Preseason."
The four players a had qualified for December's NPL Online Qualifiers through the use of an unauthorized third-party software during public matches. As of now, all four players are a banned from participating in any official PUBG esports competitions until December 31, 2021.
The respective teams of the four banned players are - Almost, Death a Row, reapers, and Totality who have been disqualified as well from the original NPL Preseason standings and will be replaced by the next next four top-ranked teams to round out the 32-team listing.
This move by the PUBG Corp has hopefully set a precedent for the NPL and will deter pro players from on resorting to unfair means. This occurrence has invoked a three-year ban as of now whereas there could be a possibility that future occurrences it may invite a lifetime ban.
Before this, PUBG Corp had banned over 30,000 accounts which also included accounts of pro players like for allegedly using Radar Hack cheat during online game sessions. PUBG has banned/suspended over 1.5 million accounts are as of now for using unfair means or employing cheat codes in PUBG.
